We can arrange for a car service to meet you at the airport and take you to Villa Pura Vida. It is roughly a $250 round trip from the airport to the villa. You will be able to use the 2 golf carts within the gates of Villas Del Mar and to One&Only Hotel. Should you wish to wander outside the gates, then we can arrange for a driver to take you for an additional fee.

Los Cabos is one of the safer places in Mexico. The greater Los Cabos tourist area does not have issues related to Northern Mexico or Mexico City. Villas Del Mar has excellent security staff and 24-hour gated security and emergency medical response. All guests must give their name at the Villas Del Mar security gate. There are cameras at the beach and elsewhere throughout the development. Villas Del Mar has security guards in vehicles and on foot performing their rounds 24 hours each day.

The Villa has a water purification system that purifies the water in the house and is safe to drink. Bottled water is also available, and most guests prefer to use the bottled water provided by the house and elsewhere.

Guests of Villa Pura Vida have access to Club Ninety Six beach club and kids club, Club Espiritu fitness club and spa, at no additional charge. We can arrange for a private sailing catamaran for an additional charge. You will also have access to Palmilla golf, all just minutes away via golf cart ride. Golf is an additional charge.

Villas del Mar guests will have access to the Espiritu Fitness Center. The fitness center fully equipped locker rooms, an exercise room with free-weights and exercise machines, indoor and outdoor-covered yoga areas, tennis courts, basketball court, and lap pool.

You will also have access to the amenities at One&Only Palmilla Resort.  These are all at an additional charge though.

Guests are responsible for providing their own meals. However, we can arrange for a personal chef at an additional cost. Daily housekeeping is included with your stay.

Our guests can enjoy the Palmilla Golf Club. There are also tennis courts. There is a large fitness center next to the tennis courts. There are fees for all guests to play golf or tennis. There are a number of other golf courses in the Los Cabos area for those who are avid golfers looking for variety.

Villas Del Mar has a small health care center on the property that can handle scrapes and cuts and non-life threatening injuries or events. Los Cabos has a number of excellent hospitals.

Our concierge will make all arrangements for your fun and enjoyment. They will book whale watching, fishing, boat trips, arrange for in-house massages, schedule tee times, and other enjoyable things to do in and around Los Cabos. Just let them know what you wish to do and let them make the arrangements.

You will need to pay in cash, prior to your departure, all expenses for your food, beverages, and other third-party costs. If you run out of cash, you can get small amounts of Mexican Pesos from local ATM’s. You should bring enough cash to cover expenses that can’t be covered by credit cards. Golf, tennis, restaurants, and similar establishments take credit cards.
